For information on managing your managing your medication during COVID-19, click here.

We are in the process of changing as many patients as possible over to a batch prescription. We will raise a prescription for up to twelve months (depending on how often you require additional monitoring such as blood tests etc) and we will send the batch electronically to your nominated Pharmacy.

Your Pharmacy will supply you with one months' worth of medication at a time and they will discuss arrangements for future collections with you.

This will enable you to automatically collect your monthly prescription from your Pharmacy until the batch of prescriptions have run out.

You will no longer need to order your medication each month from the dispensary.

Once you have been informed that you have received your last batch of medication, please contact the surgery to request another batch and to find out if you are due a Medication Review.

On collecting your next prescription, please confirm with your Pharmacy that you have been issued with a batch prescription and for how many months.

There is a 72 hour wait for repeat prescriptions
