Maternity Services

Our Community midwifery team hold an antenatal clinic at the Sudbury Healthcare Centre. Please book your appointments with the midwife by telephoning 01787 886496.

To register you baby after it is born, please come in to the surgery and ask for a registration form. Please bring your baby's NHS number with you. 

Health Visitors

A team of Health Visitors hold regular baby and child clinics as well as giving advice on the general development of your child. The Health Visitors can be contacted on 01787 886396

Community Nurses

The Community Nursing Team works closely with the Practice in providing a service to those patients who are housebound. They can be contacted on 0300 123 2425.
